Very bad support
I subscribed to the free trial then i deleted the app, but they are trying to withdraw the yearly subscription fee from my internet card for months now. When i reached support to kindly ask them to stop trying to withdraw money, they rejected refund due to their “clear policies” Funny thing is that i am not asking for a refund and will not insert money in the card as this is an internet card. However, this is not a way to treat customers just to get payed.
