I bought lots of songs and books for my first born. Then didn’t use for a few years. Second child born, I restored it, some of the songs and books not in library. I remember those I bought, and they want to charge me again. For now I just use those in my library, the rest I just play in YouTube which are free. A good song app, but very sneaking and conning company.
Usually runs smoothly but it kept crashing today
I bought few packs of songs which were working fine in my old phone. But when I change phone and re-download the apps on my new device, some songs cannot be downloaded. The songs that can be downloaded only plays alphabet “E” and “T” songs. I’ve tried to restore the pass but the problem persist. Please address this issue.
Everything is so repeated
Unable to download new songs purchased. Tried deleting the app and reinstall but only made it worse - all previous songs unable to download even though I clicked restore. Please resolve and if not, we are all entitled to a refund.
Unable to download songs with error network. Tried both 4G or wifi all failed.. device - iOS 13 iphone 11 The rest of my devices works good but with the new device, this has issues.
I have many songs in my old app. Apparently when i change my phone, the songs were all gone. Even if i tried to restore and i re-download the app. The songs are not in the new phone. This is pretty troublesome. I hope they will help me on this.

Just that the free song is a little too less, best will be like 5 song at least
I just purchased the outer space pack and the songs cannot be downloaded, kept prompting “Unable to get proper connection” even though my WIFI is able to access internet. Even after I switched to 4G, the same error message persists. Please contact me or fix the issue. Thanks
