"The layout of your app is amazing to say the least and my one year old who already knows some signs was so into the babies signing instead of the adult that we see in most videos and other apps." ~Victoria

"Winner!
I love this APP ! I looked for a long time before stumbling across this one, it is by far the BEST. I used to work in pediatrics & did a lot of co-treats with speech therapists & learned a lot from them. As they say, "If you don't use it, you lose it" , that happened to me. I especially love the feature of being able to watch the sign ! I highly recommend this for ANY parent/caregiver! Thank you for this incredible app!!" ~Discojd

"Love this app
My whole family has learned so much from this app. I have 3 kids 8,7 & 3 years old and they are all learning with this. I have told other parents about it too!" ~Mommy Renee

"Awesome
My baby loves this app. She has learned to communicate her needs quickly & loves to watch the babies." ~mamacita3

"Love it checked different apps and this one is the best! Everybody has fun learning sign language with this app. My children 1-10 years old love it!" ~Mrs mom of five

Needs Dark Mode

Axcelia on

Good little app for learning baby signs. Only problem is if you use dark mode you can’t read the text as it’s white on a white background. Would be great to see more signs added too!

Baby sign

This is a good app for letting you children see, my second child is deaf and he watches the signs same with his sisters who are not deaf and they try and do it, I hope they put more signs in it though I paid the £1.99 for more signs but hope they get more signs out! Great app!

Poor interface

Migicmishrim on

It is hard to see what the signs actually are in some of the animations. A human performing them may be better. Also the interface crashes and it does not let you navigate between different parts of the app. I have to shut it down and open it again.

Not a lot of content

Great that you can pick the country you live in. Not so great that there are only a handful of words. Guessing you have to pay to unlock more.

Fantastic App (for Americans!)

xsloanex on

Brilliant App! Both my 15 month old & 4 year old love it & both are picking up signs quickly which is fab as my baby can now communicate a few simple things! Only downside of this app is that the BSL signs are limited in number. Therefore teaching them both ASL (300signs available compared to just 90 in BSL) which isnt ideal as we are from England but at least we can communicate! Wud give the app 10stars if there was the same number of signs in BSL as ASL!

Seems ok

I tried this to see if I could learn a few words of signing. While on the surface it seems ok, I found it frustrating that on an iPad it only partially supports landscape orientation, so an iPad in a case on a table its a bit of a nuisance. I also found the voices a bit difficult to understand - a bit too cute vs being intelligible. Still it's reasonably polished and may suit others perfectly.

I love this app despite signs not being all correct

Jenbrads on

My daughter absolutely adored looking at the babies and listening to the words matched to pictures. She never actually used any of the signs so for that reason you would think it was a waste of money but surprisingly she stared using all of the words in context from a very young age and had an 'above average' vocabulary according to my HV. The app kept her attention longer than flash cards as is very visually appealing and she is now a huge chatterbox at age 3 so I'm very pleased I tried it.

Baby sign

Josh learn on

The app is valuable if free but not when paid for . All of words Contracting BLS e.g cow, boy, mummy etc. The person who wrote this app need to get the right signs otherwise refund half the amount ,as I was forced to buy BLS dictionary on top of the App.

Good

Mcmee0002 on

I got this for my 6 year old it's makaton not BSL which he has been learning since he was a baby. He seems to like it and respond to the signs.
