I purchased but the features was not unlocked

Please find out the reason why my account was working perfectly until I updated to the latest version. Then I was like a brand new user with no purchase,all of the paid features was locked but I did my purchase and was using it for few months already. I am very disappointed and looking forward for an official reply.
