Missing log
What is wrong with this apps this 1-2 days?! I key in the activities but when i reopen apps, it didnt log my activities. Ridiculous, fix this.
Message to the developers
I love this app a lot. It’s my go to & only baby app I use. I use it to track my baby’s feeding, sleep and nappy, milestones, growth. I especially love the curated articles according to my baby age. I think that’s such a great touch. BUT please fix the app or bug or tell me how to work around it where it tries to restore the data but then loses it 😭 this is the biggessssst pain point cuz then I would need to manually add the trackers again for the past 16 hours or so. It’s so inconvenient that I’m looking at other apps to use now. Which is sad cuz all of my baby’s memories are in here. Hope you can help me out on this TQ
Stupid setting
Every time you recorded something, there is a chance the data you recorded disappeared! When it popped out “restoring data, downloading bla bla bla” , then the information you just inputted gone. Stupid design, why need “downloading” the data from your online database and erase the latest data on the phone which haven’t synced with your database…
Addition of Bookmark/ Save function
Hope can add a bookmark/save function so that user can refer back to the saved list for future reference. Thanks.
Great but lots of bugs to fix
The app allows for excellent tracking for everything that you can think of, BUT always has errors. Sometimes it would randomly wipe like 13 hours of data which is not retrievable. This is despite updating the app regularly and it automatically updating the database frequently. This is very annoying and causes significant shifts in the average numbers and of course I can’t recall what I tracked exactly (in breastfeeding, nappy change, sleep and wake hours) in the hours that were wiped. Pls fix thid ASAP!
Disappointed with the app
I have been using this app for 2years plus. However the app is truly frustrating as I will lose my data for the day before or on the same day after restoring even though I follow the instructions which it stay on the page until fully restoring to avoid losing of data. At the end I will losing my data. Perhaps the app is telling stop using it since my child is no longer a baby.
Keeps lagging and deleting my data
Been using Pregnancy+ and now Baby+ and love them both, but lately my data keeps being deleted despite backing them up.
Other languages
It’s really nice but people also need it in ARABIC language a lot of them want to download it but but there is no Arabic language
Confusing app
Need to log in philips account as well. Have registered phillips account but keep on appearing the same registration page.
