BabyTime (Record & Analysis)

This was a great app but a recent update forces users to consent to personal data being used for advertising purposes. Not only is this a breach of GDPR, it’s entirely unnecessary for ads to be personalised to display them in the app - which is the reason given in the dialogue box. Legitimate interest is also being used incorrectly here. I would advise against using this going forwards as they cannot be trusted to handle your data correctly

This app is really helpful for know when you’ve fed and changed the baby, especially at first. As baby gets older the sleep function would be useful but it wants to put most sleeps as Naps - of you dont change it to “night sleep” quick enough it doesnt properly tally up the time so says you had 6 hours for example rather than 12. That’s frustrating as then patterns dont work

After update, the sleep statistics are divided into day and night. I have tried to change the night time and day time setting but it does not reflect in the app. Please fix this.

All of our NCT group are using and makes tracking the important little milestones and daily events much easier. The recent update supporting British language has made it much nicer to use as well (nappy instead of diaper etc). Keep up the good work.

This app is an absolute must have if you do handovers between care takers. It is super easy to record accurately everything important, such as breast and bottle feedings, nappy changes, medicines, sleep and so much more. It has great visualisations (pie charts, patters, averages) and other in-built charts and check lists about your baby’s development. Thank you for making this app, you have made our life much simpler! We are telling everyone about it, recommending it wholeheartedly.

I never review apps but this one I absolutely have too! After downloading a few of these types of app in my sleep deprived state after having my baby girl, this is the one that stuck out and have stayed with ever since. It’s easy to use morning, evening or middle of the night! It’s monitors everything to keep my mind sane and know everything is going well and she is ok and my partner loves the graphs and being able to see the patterns! We would not be without it! Thank you!

Obsessed with this app. Used it for both my kids and it’s a game changer. Amazing to help detect patterns and routines around sleep,feeding etc. what a game changer!

I have never reviewed an app before, but I have found this such a godsend I wanted to shout it to the world! I had my baby five days ago, and my husband and I have been struggling since we got home, because I am in considerable pain for parts of the day due to complications. The app allows us to track our baby’s activities together, and is almost a form of communication between the two of us. If I have been for a sleep, I wake up and straight away look at my phone to see how my baby has been getting on, which is so reassuring. We have also adapted some of the activites, renaming them ‘mum nap’ and ‘mum pain relief’ and that helps us too. Maybe these could be made in to official categories!

Brilliant app easy to use helps me track feeding output and pumping. It has really helped me in my sleep deprived state to monitor and Find patterns. Love it!

In a sleep deprived haze when you and someone else are handing over the baby so you can get 5 mins rest, this app saves your sanity to be able to accurately know when the baby last fed, changed or slept. Couldn’t have done without it.
