Hello I love this BabyTV app it is so amazing!! I have been watching BabyTV ever since I was a little baby! You guys haven’t made any major updates except the account update 7 months ago, so are you gonna make any major updates anytime soon? I really miss the app that you guys made in 2018, like the super old version which is now called Baby-TV Legacy app, and you also had an app called BabyTV Music which now you’ve removed, I have the BabyTV Legacy app because I downloaded it a long time ago and I still have it, and I miss that version so if you’re gonna make another revamp of the BabyTV app can you make a version similar to that? If you don’t remember I can send you some screenshots Thank you!

Hi I wanted to know if you guys will bring back any older songs and lullabies. My son misses a lot of the older songs and is a bit upset to find that all of them are gone. It’s just a small concern but I’m sure you’ll make him and a lot more children and fans happier if you were to bring them back.

I purchased this through the Apple App Store, I’m unable to get into any of the app that we paid for and unable to restore. Wrote support and never got a response, just canceled the subscription I finally got a response saying I might have used a different email, I only have one email. No offer to correct the issue.

We love this app and the shows we’re able to watch with the subscription. We typically cast it to our tv and it works great. Our baby of 5 months loves to watch and the shows are short enough to keep his attention. Our 5 year old loves it too! We do find it a bit annoying to constantly have to click a new show after one ends. We can’t seem to get it to continuously play. We’ve tried hitting the shuffle button and play buttons but it still stops after each episode and have no idea why. This is the only reason for the three. Great content, but inconvenient to have to keep selecting a show…

Can’t get to go stop getting charged 4.99$ after I unsubscribed. I will be contacting my bank to stop these charges. And reporting.

This could be a great app, but sadly all the video menus show the same babytv logo so we’re unable to see what the shows actually are. And once something is selected, it often freezes. This has been going on for months and sadly our membership only expires in April. I’ve seen other purchasers of the app also complain about the overall functionality, but I haven’t seen any improvements on our end.

Hi I wanted to know if i subscribe,do I unlock all languages for free.My favorite song on the app is Under the Moonlight my daughter likes the song too.She wants to hear that song in multiple languages
