This app and Jackie have been such a game changer for me! Having a physiotherapist as your instructor, you know you are in the right hands. The versatile timetable and on demand classes means I can be consistent no matter where I am. Honestly the best investment I made for my health in 2024.

I’ve been doing Pilates with Jackie for years and keep coming back because her classes are fun, varied and super accessible. Oh and tough! (But always with options to scale!) Because Jackie’s also a physio she has an eagle eye for form and technique, even online (there’s no hiding) and her cues and corrections make sense immediately. Whether Pilates is your main thing, or supporting another sport, these classes keep you strong and sane, and aid recovery.
