It’s bad

The subscriptions like $60 a year which is so overpriced and the app is a bit glitchy and my controller keeps glitching out a lot

Subscription based for most of the games

I already payed for it why do I have to pay more just to prob use it once? Could only play one game and sometimes the controller didn’t work on it

Terrible device and overpriced subscription

stwby on

Australia

Firstly, the device itself is pricey. I purchased mine and after a month it was starting to glitch. Then after 2 or 3 months, the device is now completely broken. Not only do you have to pay for the device, but you also have to pay for a subscription for this app. I’ve read other reviews about the controller on trust pilot and it seems that backbone devices breaking is actually a common occurrence. Save your money and just pay for a proper console. This company is only trying to make a quick buck.

Great app, hate the subscription

I have been using backbone for months and it’s perfect, actually better software than my ps4 pro. I hate the subscription tho as it is so unnecessary and seems like a crummy way to make money

After 3 months

After buying, you have to pay $45 yearly. After 3 months, buttons becomes unresponsive despite doing factory reset. Xbox controller using blue tooth is way better.

Need to sign up for Backbone+ to be able to connect to PC, really?

I really can't understand why I have to pay to connect Backbone controller to my Mac to use as a normal controller. I regret not doing my research before buying, I should have bought the other controller.

Yep, pretty good product. Although I updated my iPhone and now I have to get a new back bone haha sounds funny to say. But I thought if I’m paying for the subscription shouldn’t I be able to use the app with out the controller and say, my ps5 controller? Just a bit of feedback.

Basicly all it is is a way to play games without a console.
