I recently started using this app for dating, and it has been a huge help in making sure I feel safe about who I meet. The background checks are thorough, and I trust the information I get. Thank you for making this!

I had to set up an account with login info. and credit card information before I was allowed to use the app. Once I could finally try the app, I looked up someone who I already know. The app couldn’t even find the person, even though he has a criminal record and an extensive online social media presence. Doesn’t work.

This app is terrible. It took my money and refused to open any of the records I looked up. A complete waste of time.

Writing this as a screw you to the dev. Bait and switch tactics. Helpful tip, if a ‘background check’ has a bunch of animations like spinning wheels and fake ‘alerts’ it’s a scam. Especially if they have the payment system outside of Apple. “7 day free trial, easily cancel anytime” alright - put the payment system through Apple so I Know it’s easily cancelled! They copy/paste this crap and every website or ‘app’ looks and acts the same. Put in a name, let us waste your time with animations and messages like ‘There’s a LOT of info here’. Then 3 minutes later it has a spot for your email and credit card info. Wasted time and I wish I could give less than one star. This is just one star to fight back against their bot reviews.

Do not attempt to subscribe to this app. It is the least user-friendly application I’ve ever encountered not only am I unable to cancel my subscription, but I am unable to even get into the app, due to their lack of communication and producing an app that is understandable to a intelligent human being.
