Always so many issues with this app. If I had a choice, I would have deleted this years ago. The latest is notification numbers not disappearing after messages are read. You can’t report a problem through the App Store. Guess you turned that feature off because of volume of complaints 🤷♀️. So I’m having to leave a negative review in order for you to address the issues.
I’ve used for years. It is common to have to exit and relaunch in order to clear notifications, especially ongoing notifications. That is frustrating enough, but many times I have had to delete the app altogether and redownload in order to have lock screen notifications work. This rightfully frustrates my nurses who think I am ignoring them when, in fact, the notifications never popped up. One would think after years these glitches would have been fixed.
When Backline works, it works fine. However, I am continually logged off with no warning and therefore miss messages until i happens to open the app and discover I’ve been logged out. Extremely annoying!
You can’t see who responded to the chat from the home screen. It keeps showing that there are unread messages even though I’ve scrolled through the entire chat. Stop trying to Improve things that don’t need improving and only make things worse. If I had an option to use another app I would.
This app must be cheaper to use for my group than another we were using, because it isn’t as good and there can’t be another reason to use it. Crashes often. Notifications don’t go away after reading messages. Too cumbersome to start groups or manage threads. Too cumbersome to send pics or files. There are better options.
I use this as a primary method of communication at my hospital. Buggy and unreliable app. Most recently hangs in PIN screen and constantly refreshes, unusable…
Please work on your notifications. I will have opened the app after being notified and the badge will not go away unless I click a completely different area or exit out and renter the app again. Please fix the badge notifications settings. Thanks.
Unfortunately due to an decision from the organization I’m forced to use this app. It looks like it was developed using the original iOS app developers kit. I haven’t seen an interface this bad looking since the apps on the iPhone. Also, it seems the developers have no interest in implementing features that are fairly standard in most apps such as Apple Watch support.
