Backswath Management’s Peer Groups provide a secure and confidential environment for farm producers to share their expertise and receive guidance on issues affecting their farm management and personal growth.
Peer Groups of up to 15 members are carefully selected to ensure a well-matched group. This size of Peer Group is big enough to offer a variety of perspectives but small enough that everyone can participate fully. Facilitated by an experienced Backswath professional, Peer Group meetings take place several times each year in person.
Now, Backswath wants to make it easier for members to keep in touch between meetings and enhance their member experience.
