Badho Saathi App helps sales executives (SE) do their jobs in a more efficient and automated manner
The app is available in English & Hindi for now, we will be rolling out versions with every regional language over the course of time.
The intent of the app is to help field sales executives (SE) keep track of their assigned business (buyers/sellers), their orders, and use this data to smartly plan visits
We help you track everything which might be required to take positive actions towards achieving your target and in turn increasing your incentive
SE can capture a real time snapshot at client’s/store’s location with an image to do a checkin to ensure their real actual visit gets logged somewhere tangible
They also have the option to log telephonic calls at client level to ensure their managers are aware of their checkin activity (both telephonic & physical checkin)
They are able to see all the orders of assigned buyer/sellers who are on badho, and accordingly plan actioins like:
- For orders stuck in processing / pending state for more than a couple of days (4 days), raise alarm / escalate to seller to get those processed asap
- For orders on which invoice upload is required by brand, they can be sure to push the concerned buyer(retailer)/seller(Distributor) to take quick action on those
SE can also plan their day by using the Tasks & Smart views module in conjunction
Smart views are nothing but groups of users who are shown to the SE to take / push common action on, like:
- Smart view of buyers/sellers who have not added payment mode
Here the actionable would be to push them to add the payment mode which is read for reward payout
- Smart view of buyers/sellers who have not opened app in last 10 days
To push for more app opens / engagement

Badho Saathi App also supports hiearchies of field sales professionals as to allow managers to directly track clients mapped to themselves and at the same time monitor the SE under self and their clients
