badrgo - Your way to go

As a regular user of badrgo, I was disappointed by the subpar experience I encountered with this particular app. Despite living in a region with sweltering temperatures reaching 40 degrees, my ride was far from comfortable. Despite paying the standard fare of 21 QAR, I found myself in a vehicle devoid of air conditioning, making the journey almost unbearable. Furthermore, the reliability of the drivers left much to be desired. On multiple occasions, drivers falsely claimed arrival while being parked minutes away from the designated pick-up point. This forced me to brave the scorching sun to meet them, just to avoid being unfairly charged for a ride I hadn't taken. To add insult to injury, some drivers blatantly disregarded GPS directions, opting for their own routes instead. In one instance, a driver accepted my ride request only to intentionally deviate from the route, seemingly in an attempt to prolong the journey and force a cancellation. Such experiences highlight a glaring lack of oversight and accountability within the service. Customers like myself expect and deserve better treatment, especially when it comes to our safety and comfort during rides. It's imperative for the company to implement stricter controls and audits to ensure that drivers adhere to service standards and that vehicles are properly maintained. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this service to others.
