Won’t pair
Useless if it won’t pair to the app. I have deleted, reinstalled. The issue is the app as it still works with the older version. My phone shows the Bluetooth connection being established with the sound processor. Big disappointment.

I can’t even open the app at all. Please fix this issue.
It will not connect to my BAHA. I've tried everything including calling Cochlear and no one can help. Now that they've deleted the old BAHA app I can't control anything. This is ridiculous to be this dependent on an app and not be able to control anything. Do better Cochlear I didn't pay this much money to virtually all control gone
Not sure if my app was upgraded. Went straight to usual spot when activating cochlear ear app. Went from red to green in about 3 second. Didn’t show usual download
I have been a BAHA customer since 2019…back to BAHA 3 days. This app has fallen behind and its antiquated design and limited features makes my BAHA a very expensive and vintage mono audio headphone. For reason which make zero sense, and despite options in IOS for headphones to share control with other IOS devices and audio handoff, I can not pair my Cochlear device with my hearing aid. I am forced to pair my BAHA with my cell phone and my hearing aid to my iPad. Not to mention, Cochlear can’t even be bothered to provide a true iPad version of the app. With hearing aid laws relaxed in the USA, my Bose Studio Pro headphones provide even more features than my BAHA. It even has live Listen and it doesn’t have squelching feedback. Your customers are also PATIENTS who often have a dramatic hearing loss. When I was looking for the hearing aid for my other ear, I almost bought Resound aids because Resound makes all of the Cochlear accessories. Cochlear even sells a nucleus / resound combo setup. You would think that Cochlear could provide STEREO sound for its patients by allowing us to pair our BAHA on one ear and our hearing in the other ear. Apparently, Cochlear doesn’t even permit this with their nucleus customers. The lack of a modern app reflects a poor commitment to an ongoing customer service. I would need to think very hard before pushing to upgrade my device to newer models if the apps continue to be outperformed by independent, solo developers uploading their apps for free on the Apple Store. Also, please stop replying by asking us to call your service line. Your service operators know less about the BAHA than I do. They only read a script and they have no knowledge or understanding of the workings of the devices.l I have been there and done that many times over the years. I could rebuild your support department in a week.
My app doesn’t work the way it did when I first got my baha 6, and now I have 2 which makes it more difficult to use
The app detects bluetooth, connects, and then fails to detect the sound processor. Every single time. If you get this processor you have to learn how to adjust the volume on the processor itself because the app is completely unreliable.
The app cannot work with IPhone 15. My audiologist didn’t know, and I just discovered it after 2 full days of trying. Surely a warning from Baha would have been appropriate. Baha incompetence just cost me $1000, because now I will have to buy another phone that’s compatible, perhaps a 14.
Thankful the device works better than the app. Got a new phone and now cannot get the app on the new phone to connect to my device.
Since the latest update the app will not change the program. It appears to in the UI but there is no audible confirmation from the device and when you exit and go back in, it is still set to the default. Using my iPhone I can change accessibility functionality I can change it but not with the application.
