连骑手都没有的外卖软件
我是留学生使用过很多次这个软件每次都很慢根本就没有骑手接单，每次都要第三方骑手过来取餐，送到饭都凉了，真不知道其他评论说的好用的点在哪里

几次点了，外卖等2小时都没到，就说送达了
马来西亚区域最差的外卖软件
在马来西亚地区，首先很多店的包装很差，外卖送到不止一次东西都洒出来。配送员不是一个公司的，会出现等2个小时以上的时候，这时候配送员肯定是去吃饭或者做其他事情了，最离谱的是看着导航，配送员绕了半个吉隆坡才给你。 建议大家线下联系商家买 或者用熊猫外卖可以货到付款
出餐一个小时都没按排派送员
商家出餐一个小时都没有安排派送员 难道是要等到食物冷的时候才来按排吗 联系客服 客服不理会不回复 不处理 客服都不处理不回复还要排什么队 真是服了
服务超级慢
服务超级慢，配送费还比别家的平台贵那么多
用百家点了几百单外卖了，今天卸载了
用Grab和panda去了，百家实在是太坑消费者了。 1.联系不到客服，每次找客服都要等个二十分钟，然后答案千篇一律，就是解决不了 2.配送费20马？配送要2个小时？我不记得是多少次了，菜来了全凉透了 3.不允许顾客取消订单？就算商家没接单也取消不了？
第一次用，也是最后一次用了
真不知道你们怎么想着，收那么贵的外卖费，几个平台就百家外卖最贵，以后用grab吧，foodpanda也比你们便宜。买个吃的要我RM14的运费，grab比这便宜多了！

Food Panda的外卖费都比你们低？？？你们外卖费之前3马现在翻倍了 变成7马了？？？我还不如用food panda 还快
更新了没有催单功能
app 更新之后没有催单功能 更不好用了 个个订单都超时 call了外送员 个个答复都一样 “来着了” 现在都不喜欢用这个app来订餐了！差评！ 联络客服 回信还要等个5-10分钟 效率低！
不能用现金支付
不管是哪一个商家不管点什么东西，都只能用在线支付。不能用现金支付，不知道为什么是现金不能用了还是现金绝版了？还是根本不收现金了呢？我有现金，我还不能点东西吃了？我还必须用什么微信支付宝银行卡付钱才能吃东西吗？真的差评了，这么多用户如果都不能用在线支付你这个app是不是不运营了？我就是想用现金怎么了？什么平台连现金支付都不行
