For tracking order, I have to call customer care. The app doesn't show tracking of orders. For return, you have to raise a ticket or call them. Its useless and height of foolishness. Zero sense of digitalisation. Basically you have to call or write them for everything, there is no automatic way to track orders or raise refunds. Will never order from here again.

I am not able to view my past orders or refresh my profile. Please look into it.

Very frustrating

Cant see products instead an error says “Response could not be decoded because of error: The data couldnt be read because its not the correct format…”

It’s very easy to use and is a complete package for a musician of any level.

App has good interface but has issues. Eg: when searching for electric guitars, “configuration” filter never works. So you can’t search by, let’s say, HSH or HSS configuration guitars only. Many other small issues like this. Also, app also crashes or doesn’t open sometimes.

Never buy anything from bajaao after service are very bad, Maine guitar liya bajaao aur next day se guitar ka amp kaam nhi ker rha tha bajaao ne na repair kiya na replace aur na hi guitar return liya mere paise dube.

Profit hungry bajaao has started selling fake strings and picks. BEWARE !

Listed and sold five instruments on this app in no time. It currently has occasional bugs that need squashing, but Shawn is super responsive and helpful when contacted.

I have ordered guitar for a surprise gift took leave from office for the surprise and i was conveyed that i will get it today tracking also shows delivered plus i called in the company who was responsible for delivery she said i will get it till 7 pm the delivery guy called me and said he will do it till 8.30 pm and i said ok at 8 he called saying he cant do it today and disconnected the call. You guys ruined the surprise you committed it for today gave me false assurance and now no one responds pathetic service I was following up with Mr. Mondip from bajaoo.com and the delivery guy name was Nitin Ghadage
