I’ve been in and out of playing this game over the past decade, but there’s always been one issue: When neighbours request (on your/their wall) for certain parts as gifts, e.g. you kind of have no choice but to scroll all the way to the right for basic parts/food. Now, asking me to do this everyday, repeating this process for each neighbour that needs/wants different parts? No thanks.
A suggestion is to have categories, like you have in Restaurant Story, but even that could be improved, especially with the many various parts that keep coming out for new goals and those that already exist. Or better yet, if there could be a system where neighbours could just… request (by searching in a search bar) their desired gift that they want others to give them. It’s been more than a decade, please for the love of god improve the quality of life functions in a game with a stable and considerable sized playerbase.

This game is very boring. Most of it is just waiting around. I don’t have anything else to say.
The bugs
Whenever I go into the game, it always has something that says processing, and then it never works. Another thing is that I keep losing money, when I have 100,00 dollars and I go to my neighbors house to give tips, my money goes down to like 50,00 dollars. I was so sad and angry because I put in a lot of effort to get my money.😡
Long loading time
It takes close to 2 min each time I attempt to enter the app. The excitement wears off after a while, especially when this happens all the time.
Free Gems
I love this game but what happened to those free gems we cld earn by watching videos ? Pls bring that option back.
it was fun BUT
it was addictive and fun at first, but now whenever i opened the app there is music at all even though i did not turn it off. And also i cooked at least 4 dishes and served it already, when i closed the app and opened it again less than literally 2 minutes later all my food is gone? i can’t even get free videos for gems when all my friends can though. Please fix this!
Suggestions for Improvement
I have been playing Bakery Story since ~2012/2013 and I really love the game. It is cute, fun, many recipes and I just enjoy baking to fill up all my counters.
Some suggestions for improvement:
1. Edit the gift page such that there is a search bar function where we can search the specific gift instead of scrolling and scrolling to the one we want.
2. Increase goal duration to 30 days! 14 days is not sufficient especially for low level players where they only have limited ovens to work with.

The need for an ID to add friends is disgusting, Facebook doesn't support binding, and the biggest bugs are the friend aspect and the ads every five minutes
Too much ads
When opening the game there’s TOO MUCH pop ups. I could be trying to prep the food to serve then i’m interrupted by an ad. Sigh. Game play is okay
