Delivery Fee

Before it used to be free. Normally in other apps, when the order exceeds a specific amount, the delivery becomes free. But not in baladi express. There is a delivery fee always, no matter the bill amount.

I saved almost 30% on my groceries

I was sceptical about this app, but once I started using it realised it saves money and time. The app could be better in terms of user interface but overall it’s a wonderful must have app

Search bar

When i open the app and go to the search bar to search the app closes it self so u gotta figure that out

Discount card is not applied

I have a discount card that is { Testaahel } for a discount, but it has not been applied

دائما يتأخرون في الطلب ، ليس عندهم مهنيه في التعامل مع المتعاملين وخدمة عملاء سيئة ولا يردون على الاتصال ولا يردون على مواقع التواصل وجاري مسح البرنامج

I'm waiting for change 1 hour I told him there is a market near my house but he leaves until now doesn't come!!

الطلب ياخد ٣ ساعات لين يوصل يتم تجاهل تعليمات الطلب وخصوصاً فيما يخص المخبوزات الطازجة والمأكولات يتم ارسال منتجات قديمة
