## Balance Grille App Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Where did the check in button go?"
The app is ok. It’s functional. But it used to have a check-in button for when you arrive at the pickup spot. Now, if you text the number on the sign it tells you that you can check in on the app, but that button is gone.

### *---- "It just doesn't work."
I've never eaten here, but i got a coupon for a free bubble tea. Going through the QR code on the coupon doesn't work, downloading the app through the Appstore doesn't work either. Every time I open this app it just says "application failed to load" and asks me to either restart or send an error log. Guess I won't be getting that free bubble tea🤷🏻‍♂️
-- ChrisTheFryingPan, 2024-08-19

### ****- "Bring back nachos!"
Great place, even better now that veggies are steamed. Please bring back bang bang nachos :)
-- Jina Jo, 2023-11-13

### *---- "App won’t work, it just says that it will restart over and over again."
The app has stopped working completely. Uninstall and reinstall doesn’t fix it. Restart phone doesn’t fix it. I had to go inside and there were people there. This is the last time. I’ll just go to Chipotle or HotHead Burritos for bowls from now on.
-- ToledoT, 2023-08-10

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
No matter how many times I uninstall or reinstall, app states “the app will be restarted to update its content”
Frustrating, I have severe social anxiety and don’t like to confront people on wrong orders so I rely on these types of apps.
-- xnicxtinex, 2023-08-07

### *---- "Sign in"
The app only lets me create a new account if I sign out or happen to delete the app for a period of time. Lost any points I had.
-- Bsdhjdjdkaksdhsj, 2023-07-24

### ***** "Great place"
I love this app it’s super easy to navigate and find all of the items that I want to order I do have 1 suggestion tho it’s that maybe they could add a favorite section where you can favorite your items so it’s easier to find your “usual” otherwise I love it!
-- Hamster_lover22, 2023-01-23

### **--- "Amazing food & restaurant"
Amazing amazing local business. Wonderful service. App is glitchy.
-- carabbbbbb, 2022-05-19

### *---- "Awful app up date 🤦‍♂️"
Lost all reward, signed in same address.
No option to Sign In with Apple.
-- Nothing1212, 2022-01-08

### *---- "Reward Points"
I’ve loved balance for years and i racked up about 1,600 points. One day I updated the app and they were all completely gone. I was going to get a sweatshirt with all of the points. I tried many times to get them back, called many numbers, and emailed many people. Nothing is working and it still says i have 0 points. Someone please help me!
