Useless
Completely useless unfortunately. We went for food at the Goudhurst Inn, which uses this app. Yet to understand why as all food and drinks are served to your table so why can’t orders be taken too? The app crashed numerous times mid order which was pretty annoying. Our drinks order went though without a hitch, however you can’t start a tab and have to pay upfront and then start again to do food, which is pretty irritating. Then we put our food order though. Money was taken, all looked to be working. About 45 mins later, still no food. Went on the app and the order wasn’t there. Went to the bar (which you can use so why the app is required, again is up for debate). They hadn’t received the order so I had to give the order at the bar and pay again. So a roast lunch had currently cost £160 for 5 adults. Awaiting the initial money back from the app but can take 3-5 working days so out of pocket £80 because the app is useless. All restaurants and pubs other than the Goudhurst Inn I have been to since lockdown ended have ordered at the bar or table. All pubs should do this as these apps are rubbish.
