This app is junk I hope you did not waste your money and already purchased Bali blinds and paid extra for automation. If you are considering it run,run fast. Find a different company Find a company not related to this company. Good luck I think they are all the same. As you can see the app hasn’t been updated in over a year The company knows the issue exist yet still do nothing to fix the problem They claim it is only with iOS and not other phones. Lame excuses The remote that you have to pay extra for also doesn’t work. I have had to replace it twice. To use the remote you have to take the batteries out before you use it All in all this company is horrible. Horrible to work with wait times on the phone are long The app will not connect to the gateway If you try to change your routines on the app it doesn’t update your system. To reconnect you have to reset every blind you also have to have access to the blind so if they are high above you you need a long ladder to access each blind connected. If you can get the blind to reset and connect without issues it will be a miracle. You need to hold until they flash a certain color for a certain amount. Of blinks push it again touch the this the that and the other A complete pain in the rear I can’t wait to sell my house so I don’t have to deal with these blinds or this company again Fix the app. Fix the remote. Fix the connection fix your entire system If you haven’t bought your blinds yet run! If you have I am sorry for your frustration
