Maybe more upgrades (for example boosts going for several runs/permanent upgrades) and maybe a endless mode, where for some money you can buy lives which cost more and more, tho the cost goes down with each heart lost and hearts are basically ball throws which are free (no money lost, but if you have -x money, you have to earn that much or you lose another heart)
