Parental restrictions don’t work !!!!!
The app is terrible. Kids can bypass the app and login again with their devices. The parental restrictions don’t work. I have been k the phone with BAM 3 times. They don’t call back and they don’t fix the problem.
Installation
Ruben your installer showed up on time, and very promptly got right to work. Very respectful person and seemed very knowledgeable on what to do where to put the router and the wires. I can’t say enough so far from talking to Tina in sales to Ruben in installation, you guys knocked it out of park. Thanks for everything

We are supposed to get 50 gig. On a good a we get 1.1, I’m not impressed.
