Llevo días intentando entrar a mi banca en línea por medio de la App y siempre me rechaza los datos. Y en la web si me deja logear
Horrible servicio
En el banco del puerto San José, dejan pasar alas personas que no hacen fila, mientras que otros hacemos hasta 30 minutos de espera, de verdad espero mejoren eso, alas personas mayores de edad lo comprendo y acepto, pero que el policía esté dejando pasar gente que ni fila hace eso no es lo correcto🙄

Actualice la app y resulta que al querer ingresar me saca de una vez de la aplicación! Mejor no hubiera actualizado ya que ahora no me funciona!

La versión anterior tenía más funciones útiles como ver puntos. Se perdieron funciones útiles, parece un retroceso del app.

Actualmente no se pueden solicitar chequeras, nuevo pin. Faltan algunas gestiones o solicitudes que se podían realizar en la plataforma anterior. Cuando se realizan transferencias ach no permite colocar correo del beneficiario.

Se traba, duplica transacciones, lentísimo, inestable, todas las cuentas que tenía eliminadas, vuelven a aparecer aquí, si las eliminé fue por algo no creen? a quien se le ocurrió la brillante idea de cambiar de la bam app a esta “aplicación”… LO QUE FUNCIONA NO SE TOCA!!!!!
