The app is just wack! I suscribed yet account was inactive. Customer support not a pleasant experience either. Sent several emails yet they didn’t fix it. I won’t recommend at all.

Too many issues.
Doesn’t let me read books despite monthly subscription paid When you log out, it takes donkey years to log in again Some books don’t load at all When reading books. Cuts off at probably second chapter and asks you to subscribe despite having an active subscription The bookmark button is basically useless and when you leave the app midway through a book, you have to start again because the bookmark button is useless BTW I’ve had an active subscription for almost 2 years because they have great books, yet the same issues have persisted. Would probably not renew my subscription because I’ve had it with this app. Fix your issues

Doesn’t let me read books despite me having a membership
I purchased the monthly membership and it still won’t let me read any books. It says I need to get a membership but I already have one!
I can’t login with my iPhone
Since Bambooks came back online, I have not been able to login. I will write my email and password and it will just be there. It will log you in. Even with the write email and password. Even the play store version is not allowing download too. Don’t know what the issue is.
Billing issue
So I have an issue opening the app on my iPhone it just keeps going back, I decided to use my sister phone to login and suscribe for a month, but then I was debited twice and the app is still not opening on my phone, it is just loading and loading and your support contact isn't even responding to my mails. The reason why I even suscribed for the app, the book is not there.
Sign up issue
I downloaded the app today and I’ve been trying to signup for the past 1 hours, it keeps saying an issue came up.
I have subscribed
I have subscribed and yet it is still inactive and I can’t read any book because I can’t add my data of birth😤😤😤😤😤. Fix this 😡😡
Continuous debit w/o option of refund
I consented to be debited for the trial period, my details were stored and I was debited for the next two month. I asked for a refund at the start of the 2nd month immediately I was debited. “per our platform's terms” I was not issued a refund. Full or partial.
Too many bugs
Reading books on this app is so frustrating. The app keep kicking me out of books I’m reading which is normal for someone that hasn’t subscribed I AM A SUBSCRIBED MEMBER Also not reader friendly. Book doesn’t start from where I stopped reading. Always starts from the beginning. I keep forgetting to cancel my subscription, can’t wait to leave
