The app is great and easy to use even by my kids, the only downside is the video preview rarely working and it seems that this topic is not new (a lot of Reddit threads reporting this issue)

I have an Android tablet that offers full functionality on my Wifi. My IPhone has neither video or time lapse. And no access to the SD card. Disappointing.

After the latest update I no longer receive a notification when a print is completed.

Edit: updating to 5 stars. They have resolved the connection issue, what a great app! I love all the stuff packed in. It’s such a cool AIO app with camera functions and everything. The only downside is that when you leave the app for a bit and come back, printer connectivity is lost and you have to restart the app for it to come back.

The title says it all. This app is great and. I love my P1s. However, my iPad Pro is my main device and I use it with the Apple keyboard. why can’t this app work in landscape? To use it I need to remove it from my case its a real pain. PLEASE make it work in landscape!

I love the primer. Absolute best boy I have had in a while with x1c. But the app constantly has to be closed and reopened to view camera or refresh. It loses connection in background. Shouldn’t really have to do that for such a reputable product. This is an issue and even reditt thread on it. Both android and Apple users have this issue.

This app is really cool first time owning a bamboo lab and it’s so awesome to be able to just see and control things on your phone. I have the P1S so cam is not great but it’s works and being able to send print jobs from your phone is nice. It’s not as detailed as desktop, but I feel like that’s to be expected. Awesome app and interface. Great integration.

Enjoy using it to check on my prints, but usually have to restart it as it has locked up when I go back to it, seems like this could be fixed as it’s easy enough to reproduce!

Please allow me to completely disable in-app notifications. I don’t need to be nagged with “boost token” or “rating reminder” notifications constantly.

coming from a completely manual experience with older 3-D printers, this is a joy to use. 3-D printing is not yet an Apple-like experience, but Bambu Lab does the best job of anyone of almost getting there. I use this for my two printers and it is indispensable. It's not perfect, but it gives me the information that I need when I need it about my printers, my prints and my files it also allows me to check in on what I have uploaded on Makerworld. No, you can't do everything that you could do using a computer and Orca or Bambu slicers, but it's a fantastic tool to have.
