Obre quan li dona la gana
Quant més la necessites, queda penjada. Fa perdre temps i també diners si el que es compra son bitllets d’avio. Lamentable que no se solucioni. Altres apps bancàries son molt millors
Desastre de app
Desastre de apo! Siempre colgada y con problemas. Vergonzoso, Lleva horas colgada.
Tarjeta Virtual
He habierto una cuanta en Banca March pero estoy decepcionado, no tiene opción de habilitar una tarjeta virtual para las compras online. O menos mal que el bizum si lo han habilitado. Pero la tarjeta es lo que más utilizo, y voy a pesar en darme de baja, si me hubieran informado al principio de que no tiene, 100% no habro la cuanta/ gracias.
No me deja hacer transferencias
De un día para otro la opción de transferir dinero entre mis cuentas a desaparecido…

Gestión pésima de contraseñas
No tiene un sistema de recuperación de contraseñas. Si te equivocas te bloquean el usuario y tienes que llamar a un teléfono de Baleares, donde te tienen 10 minutos esperando y tampoco te solucionan el problema.
Fatal
No me reconoce la huella, no me reconoce el pin, el mismo desde hace 16 años, me bloquea el usuario y me dice que llame para desbloquear, pérdida de tiempo….
