Aplicația nu recunoaște codul SMS trimis și nu permite sa loghez. The app doesn’t recognize the SMS code sent to the phone and it doesn’t allow me to log in This is a BANK, not a second hand retailer. To have such inept IT people is pathetic. Bianca Transylvania, spend some of the money you take from customers to hire knowledgeable staff !!

Dupa actualizarea la 3.11.0 , FaceID NU mai poate fi activat. Mesaj “ Comunicare cu serverul esuata” Merge doar logarea cu parola. Va rog remediati eroarea. iOS 14.3 - iPhone 12 Pro. La versiunea veche mergea. O problema generala este ca orice update strica si merge mai rau fata de versiunea anterioara. Update : Dupa “ Force Restart “ - Merge activarea Face ID. In rest nici dupa Restore iPhone cu iTunes si configurarea ca telefon nou, fara restore dupa backup, si instalarea pe curat a aplicatiei tot nu merge. Doar Force Restart si - OK

Actualizati pentru IOS14, acum nu se deschide decat ecranul de autentificare apoi trece in spate, dar nu se deschide. Succes MULTUMESC PENTRU PROMPTITUDINE. O seara linistita va doresc. Merge ceas acum.

Nu pot activa Face ID...am reinstalat a applicator de mai multi ori si tot nu merge...Nu vi se pare ca a trecut cam mult timp de la ultima actualizare? Sau trăiți cu impresia ca aveti o aplicație perfecta?

Aplicația se închide când se accesează și meniul "mesaje". A existat și un update și problema nu s a remediat. Am semnalat la numărul recomandat (de 2 ori) dar nimic nu s-a schimbat pana acum.

Everything went well till I had to write down my password in order to activate the app. I just couldn’t rewrite the password because the screen moved on the lower part of my phone this way being covered by the keyboard. I’ve tried several times, going through the whole activation process, getting stuck in the same point. Huge disappointment with this app...!! Complicated to install (you need to login from the your desktop, use the token, and code sent by sms and still DOESN’T WORK in the end) and time consuming to activate it. Too much trouble for just an app!

I would like to thank you for such as a great application it is really very easy to use and very helpful

It’s working flawlessly, I’m happy with it! Waiting on a new update for the full screen on IPhone X!

Useful app. Please make the BT Pay app also available in the US app store. I can't try it since I have a US account.
