Band calendar. Allows your band to share a calendar of plan gigs and practices. The band scheduler also allows you to like set lists, share files, chat, and share songs.
Subscription pricing and terms:
Band Mule is a band calendar app with an option to subscribe to access some Premium features such as MP3 uploads.
Only one band member needs to subscribe for all band members to benefit from Premium access.
Band Mule band calendar offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription at with unlimited access to all Band Mule features while you maintain an active subscription. Again, all band members will benefit from this after one user subscribes.
Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Payments will be automatically initiated for the next subscription period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Crashing

Unreliable. Crashes randomly. Not working now, for instance. Just updated.

Best band calendar app

This is the best band calendar app we’ve used. A few niggles getting set up but really useful for scheduling with the rest of the band.

Good app. Couple of improvements suggested

Has all the makings of a great band app. The two key changes that I would suggest are; - An ability to put tentative bookings in the calendar (perhaps yellow), and - a pop-up warning if a band member changes their availability to not available and a gig is already in place for that date; or similarly, if you put a gig in the calendar, but one of the band members has put that they’re unavailable. Other than that, well done. Really useful.

Is this app still supported?

Having used this app before & loved it I recommended to my current band & they love it! Frustratingly they have all gained access and I can’t even get a password reminder sent through? I have emailed asking for some help to a no reply! Please help if you’ve found a solution to this. Running on iPhone 12. Tx

Just what we needed.

Has all the features we need for organising multiple bands, practice rooms gigs etc ideal for those who end up pulling out their hair trying to organise with lots of other musicians! The execution isn’t quite a slick as most apps tho. Things don’t load quickly and parts of the UI feel a bit clunky, but it does the job and hopefully those minor things will become better with updates.

Band Mule - unstable

Keeps crashing on my iPhone. Really unstable. Seem unable to delete a member (registered with wrong email - now want to delete that profile, but doesn’t work)

Looks good…but..

Works well for us, but is there a way to edit a gig calendar entry once you’ve input it? As it stands it seems I can’t move a gig date (this happens from time to time..) without deleting and re-entering it? Cheers

Would be useful to see days of the week in calendar view even if SSMTWTF. Also am/pm as an option please.

Dark mode?

Looks very promising but doesn’t work in Dark mode. Messages are black text on black; months in the calendar are dark blue on black and so invisible.

Can you make it work in dark mode?

Hi there loving the app so far! However I noticed it doesn’t work very well in dark mode, could you update it to work better for when typing text?
