Just bought a bundle, can’t view
We’ve always enjoyed the Banff FF World Tour and we were so happy to see that we can now stream many of the films. We purchased a bundle of 3 films and received an email acknowledging our order but we can’t view the films either on the website or in the app. Of course chat is closed at 10 o’clock at night so there is no help available. The eventlive site promises an “exceptional” viewing experience. In 2022 not being able to see purchased films does qualify as exceptional. The eventlive chat guidelines prohibit offensive remarks, abusive content, and vulgar language. Sounds like they have a lot of unhappy users. Lots of 1-star reviews here also seem to indicate the same thing. Please be polite and professional. Inappropriate conduct or harassment towards chat participants will not be tolerated. No vulgar language or abusive conduct. Vulgar or abusive language, masked with symbols, characters abbreviations, or otherwise, will not be tolerated. No offensive remarks. Remarks or name-calling regarding a participant’s real or perceived race, color, national origin, age, sex or gender, sexual orientation, religion or other protected class will not be tolerated.
