Banggood is a trustworthy website. But still they don’t care shipping to India. Almost 2 years now and they didn’t resume the shipping to India after Covid. They are losing customers of India. If any alternative website emerges they will lose all Indian customers.
For India the prices are very very high. Not affordable at all
I ordered some goods on Feb-2022, Still i didnt received the products. Later i requested for refund it is almost 70K but got only 9K a month ago, Still need to get rest of the amount. When ever i connect with customer support they are saying refund credited successfully. I checked with my bank even there are no pending inward transactions. My strong suggestion dont use this app.

My order was cancelled as you guys could not deliver to India. What’s wrong with delivering to India now? I have used the site before. Is there a trade ban with India? Plz be transparent about this and don’t beat round the bush.
Am expecting a country level shipping filter. Basically am from India and whenever I open any product it shows a pop up says *Not Deliverable to India* It is very difficult to find which product will have a option to shipping to India.
