This app requires a lot more work, very time consuming, probably faster to go straight to the counter.

It’s a grey old day in Latrobe, there is HAIL on the ground, and Latrobe Banjos is a welcome, warm, inviting place to rest. The staff are AMAZING, and always greet me with a smile.

Love the simplicity and ease of ordering. Is a life saver for us. The option of Apple Pay would make it 10/10

Make sure you reset the pick up time every time you open and close your order or else it will be asap instead of the time you want

Loading the menu is slow. Sometimes I can’t load the app if it gets stuck picking a “closest” store.

Excellent food, great app, easy and fast. Highly recommended to everyone, value packs offer fantastic savings.

I love being able to order via the app. It means I can just walk right in while everyone else waits in the queue. It would be awesome if I could place my order for a future time. Often I want to order lunch at 10am, the schedule option has errors and the only option is for immediate preparation.

Only good for seeing the menu. Can’t order because it throws up unhelpful errors which explain nothing. Of course that’s if you get into the app at all. With Maccas, Jacks and 711 all next door, why bother with Banjo’s?
