Greetings TechMal team, What a great app you’ve made here I hope you keep providing all support to this new unique app, and I hope u see these suggestions for integration services. -The dynamic theme darked and lighted -The dark App Icon for the three icons (easy one) -The ability to change UserName. -Adding the owner pic (I think it’s coming soon) -Adding an eStore for Gift cards includes includes A Balot Cards with BAJ designs. -The availability to make a special designed card for the Customer account contains: IBAN, Account No. The full name and an QR code for the fast add as beneficiary and make it able to be added to Apple Wallet or Google/Samsung wallet for fast access. And there’s a lot of benefit things to be added will make thr difference.

The new app is showing that my account balance is 00.00, but the old one is showing the actual amount… Don’t know why. Additionally, Since I transferred money from my other bank account to my AlJazira’s one, it’s impossible for me to make a transfer from this account to another or to purchase online. When I want to transfer, I’m asked to choose the account I want to transfer from, but when I click to choose, there’s no option available. And the client service doesn’t respond. Am I oblied to go to the service point to get the problem solved?

التطبيق جميل ولكن الخط حتى بعد التكبير الا انه مازال . يحتاج تكبير الخط مثل التطبيق السابق

التطبيق سلسل وسريع وبسيط وهذا اللي المفروض يكون في التطبيقات البنكية اتمنى منهم التركيز على اضافة خدمات (بنكية) أكثر بدون افساد تصميم التطبيق البسيط او اضافة خدمات غير بنكية تفسد التجربة وتسبب زحمة ركزو على البساطة والسرعة واتاحة اكبر قدر من الخدمات البنكية ارجوكم
