Not possible to activate the app for Ukrainian clients because Vo LTE activation call is not supported in Ukraine! Developers do nothing to make alternative way for app activation, like through SMS password, which is easy, safe and effective I have used dozens of different banking apps, but this is the first one with such problematic way of activation. Please do something finally!

Is it possible to use this program on iOS 14 iPhone? I get the 4.78.4 after installation but it still doesn’t work. It says no connection on the start screen

1. Add more options in widget settings (e.g. exchange rate widget). 2. Make it possible to add a card to Apple Pay directly from the application. 3. Not easy to navigate between business and personal accounts. 4. That would be useful to access certain features from iPhone native widgets. 5. That would be nice to have more features in payment history section (e.g. some charts to visualize expenses and income). Or at least to have an option to export the data (e.g. send excel table it to email)

That’s could be an example how bank App must look like. 👍

Unfortunately, it is not possible to activate Millenet application for customers with Ukrainian Vodafone numbers. Incoming activation call is realised by Vo LTE, which is not supported (I spent hours with their information line to figure this out) Obviously, there should be some alternative way of activating the app. This is a serious issue as a lot of customers can’t access their accounts on mobile phones! However, support team is doing nothing for almost two month already to find a solution((( One star so far for such an attitude… Niestety nie ma możliwości aktywacji aplikacji Millenet dla klientów posiadających ukraińskie numery Vodafone. Przychodzące połączenie aktywacyjne jest realizowane przez Vo LTE, które nie jest obsługiwane (spędziłem wiele godzin z ich linią informacyjną, aby to rozgryźć) Oczywiście powinien istnieć alternatywny sposób aktywacji aplikacji. To poważny problem, ponieważ wielu klientów nie ma dostępu do swoich kont na telefonach komórkowych! Jednak zespół wsparcia nie robi nic już od prawie dwóch miesięcy, aby znaleźć rozwiązanie((( Póki co jedna gwiazdka za takie podejście…
