Always crashes

I wish it worked as well as it used to. It used to be especially good for in-country transfers, which was useful when paying for services. Now I can’t even open it because it crashes constantly. Come on, Bank Muscat, you can do better!

التطبيق متوقف من امس .. و الى الان مافي اي تعديل خلصونا ياخي .. شو هالتفاهه

The best bank in Oman however the worst app ever. If it connects you are lucky. If you change your phone it is terrible to resign again. Very sad to see how far behind this bank is in modern technology.

They keep locking my card every time and I live abroad, so I cannot just go and replace my card. And the most stupid thing, when they lock my card they lock my account too for no reason. Because my card is locked I cannot access my account and pay bills or transfer money. Max levels of stupidity and careless. Worst bank ever. I don’t recommend it at all.

يحتاج التطبيق الى العديد من الإصلاحات واضافة ميزات منها إمكانية تعديل اسم المستفيد بدل حذفه واضافته من جديد سرعة وسلاسة التطبيق

للاسف الشديد التطبيق سيئ للغاية ، لدرجة ان البنك والعاملين به يصفونه كذلك

Even the basic user friendly necessary interface does not exist on this app, nor on the bank’s online gateway.
