The worst bank ever. Can’t make an international transfer, support ignores you or answers “I don’t know”
Critical bugs. Bad UX.
A lot of bugs: chat crashes practically each time and has one of the worst UX, because if app crashed you can’t proceed conversation- you will have to start from the very beginning; other ones Bad UX 1. sometimes you can’t understand where to find a critical functionality, like block card. 2.sstatements functionality is lack of UX scenarios (ex. leave page because of non-obvious UI, go back, all settings are lost) 3. on small width screens the scroll bar doesn’t tell you that it is a scroll bar and you can scroll it. Just because of a random swipe you can understand it. 4. Still not understandable why critical functionality is hidden somewhere 5. Operations which are in pending states are not listed on the list of operations BUT the balance shows it 6. Etc. All the above is valid both on old iPhones (6s) and the most fresh one (14pro).
Bank card as a transport card
The new possibility to add transport card of Tbilisi is great, but if I’ve chosen a method to use it with a plastic card I can’t change it to Apple Pay
Can’t create digital card
I can’t create digital card in your app. Error display “Operation cannot be fulfilled”. Fix please! It’s major issue

Dear Dev Team would you able to fix the issue with payment taxes to treasury. The payers identification number when its been manually populated was not submitted to treasury and not appears in the receipt? Thanks!

Very bad
The app crashes when trying to sign in with error code 25282. It’s been happening for 2 days and nobody’s gonna fix it.
