I use this app for the Bank of Tennessee for everyday Banking. I don’t write Checks I use my card. I have been with this Bank for probably around 36 years wouldn’t go to another bank. But if your card gets locked on weekends or holidays I can’t get it unlocked. Someone needs to be able to be contacted to help us.
I find this app extremely user friendly.
New to state of Tennessee and Johnson city, I just drove up to the Bank of TENNESSE and Spencer guided me through a plethora of knowledge, great personality and knowledge of the banking system. Great bank,great app
Accounts disappeared on a Sunday and then showed back up on a Monday. Someone hacking my accounts and checks that I never got. All in all…not pleased with BOT nor Carter County Bank.
