## Bank of the James Reviews in United States

### *---- "Fabulous"
Each attempt to write a review the application crashes. Worst app ever. Always, always has a glitch or an error message when I try using it. I’m a chill person and nothing sends me into a rage quite like the BOTJ app. Whoever created it needs to think about a career change.
-- bsunshine923, 2025-12-07

### ***** "Convenient!"
Love being able to see, monitor, and change my accounts on an app. Saves me trips to the bank all the time!
-- Jojojmr, 2025-03-12

### *---- "Horrible horrible app"
This is by far the single worst app on my
Device

It never saves my data
Constantly has me re logging in
Re setting up my Face ID

always forcing me to log in again to see my funds

Update this app

This apps lack of usability alone is making me want to choose another bank that’s more ip to date with the modern age
-- solarmikeb, 2023-05-21

### *---- "HORRIBLE"
This app is so lack luster > probably the worst app on my phone

It never saves my login info
And half the time won’t let us log in with the correct info

Face ID gets set up
But it never sticks and I have to re set it up Again (after entering my password again… or resetting my password)

Horrible app
-- TeamBrttons, 2023-05-15

### *---- "Need more access and options"
Not enough options compared to other banks. Mortgages can not be viewed in the app or online. No option for reoccurring transfers.
-- MISSION LAB 2009, 2021-03-12

### *---- "See ya"
Worst bank EVER!!! Can’t even access bank account even after an update. Withdraw all monies in all accounts. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
-- good bye 2020, 2020-09-23

### ***** "Online Banking"
Online banking is so easy and efficient for every day use.
-- CindyDubs, 2020-08-24

### ***** "Very much a hometown bank. Love it"
The employees are great to work with all the time.
-- whittle1958, 2020-01-21

### ***** "ONE critique"
I preferred the manual check capture to the auto picture
-- god shinzilla, 2020-01-16
