Cannot get onto the app to book classes

The new app button do not work. Sometimes they suddenly start working. So now I can’t book anything or check my class bookings. Why would you release an app that doesn’t work? iPhone 15 pro max iOS 18.2 if that helps the developers.

What a crappy app for such a membership fee, just a web link full of low res ads 🤡 i'm reviewing the app not the gyms like a few are on here

Basically a website. Really shocking functionality and prompts you to download several other apps to access the fitness stuff. Really poor from a big name and expensive membership

Member about 6 years now, good hygiene standards and staff very helpful, clientele generally quite respectable. Thanks

It’s like going back to 2007

Great staff, very friendly, love the Jacuzzi & Sauna, facilities very clean, great cafe food too, you gotta try the omelette and a coffee, Maya took us through the joining process a very polite young lady indeed, been going 2 weeks now 3 times a week also other users of the facility friendly chatty too..

Its a good and helpful app however i feel the design is messy

I used this gym when it Ist opened it wax livingwell back then , decided to join for the year before checking out the facilities BIG mistake it hasn’t had any money spent on it since I left 10 years ago.

It logs me out and keeps saying I don’t have an active membership
