Who we are:
The Banquet Church is a network of churches in regional Victoria, who practice the way of Jesus in everyday life. Each gospel community has its own flavour and context and we resource them and encourage them to be more like Jesus.
We are a generous, honest faith community.
We worship, celebrate and learn together
We meet in homes, cafes, parks and gardens and wherever God has placed us. Vocation is a calling and we are all priests and prophets.
We resource and engage our members through digital content and media. We enhance community through technology but insist on physical gatherings with accountability.
We take advantage of the resources available to us online. We can tap into the greatest preachers, worship leaders and critical content needed for discipleship. This makes the model simple and easy to reproduce. Anyone God calls can coordinate a banquet gathering and inspire fellow believers to push on with the task at hand - to build the kingdom of God and prepare the way for the greatest banquet of all time!
