Baobab Deals

The Baobab App allows users to get flash deals happening in their area ,and helps you make a positive environmental impact. Everyday, restaurants have a balancing act of preparing enough food to service a full menu and making sure they sell it, so they don't have to throw it out at the end of the day. We give restaurants a way to identify their surplus food and post it in a flash deal for you.
Once, a restaurant sees that they have some surplus, they create the deal and load it onto the app. We then send you a notification telling you about the deal, the discount and the amount of time remaining. You then go along and pick it up (in your own reusable packaging if possible) or give them a ring to arrange a delivery directly with the restaurant. This helps keep you fed, restaurants in business and reduce the amount of food that ends up on a landfill.
We are a commission free application ,and aim to give people the opportunity to eat good food while making an environmental impact.
