Hele tijd melding something went wrong.
Error in de app
Normaal gezien ben ik blij met deze bakfiets verhuur, alleen nu al 2 weken staat er “oeps er is iets mis”. Dit blijft ook bij t verwijderen en opnieuw downloaden. Heel jammer!
Te duur en te klein gebied om te parkeren
Vandaag voor het eerst via baqme een fiets gehuurd om zoon + klasgenoot naar sportclub te brengen. Daar aangekomen bleek dat de fiets nergens geparkeerd kon worden. Dichtstbijzijnde locatie was tenminste 20 minuten lopen en dat is te veel voor kleine kinderen. Fiets daarom noodgedwongen gepauzeerd. Na de sportles en rit naar huis bleek ik 30 euro armer. Hier had ik een taxirit voor kunnen maken, heen en terug. Nooit meer baqme voor mij. Oh… en de code die ik gekregen had van een vriendin werkte ook niet omdat ik de app al had gedownload (zonder ooit gefietst te hebben)

Great Idea
Wonderful But please do check the front wheel on the bike BQ0559 - as it starts vibrating to the sides on cetrain speeds - Other than that I love the idea - You guys are amazing
Useless bot when tech issues
The bikes are unreliable and when there are technical issues there is only a completely useless bot and no way to talk to a human. I don’t think I’ll use them again. Also, the 5 star rating seems bought, just look at the reviews with comments.
Ik mis Cargoroo
Baqme is vervanging van Cargoroo in amsterdam, ik mis dag en flexibel aanbod. App werkt onhandig, fiets meenemen lukte alleen na reservering. Kostte dus euro extra.

Waardeloos
De ID-verificatie werkt niet: van meerdere originele documenten het proces doorlopen en je ziet dat de app een foto maakt, maar dan verwerkt het naar een zwart beeld die je niet kan gebruiken/toevoegen om te verifiëren. Nu kan ik dus de hele app niet gebruiken. Ik heb ze gebeld, maar krijg te horen dat er niets aan te doen is. (Ik mis Cargaroo in Amsterdam zeg!)
