Only the first time here since we finally have Covid clearance and our server, Sarah, was phenomenal Very attentive and helpful… thank you, Sarah!

It said sign up and get a bar bite so here I am an no offer … bad start of customer service . It was to be a table of 6 .. we will go elsewhere .. I don’t like shady stuff . Say what you mean and mean what you say -by it working !!

I just downloaded the app and it said that it would give me 75 points if I signup/in with Facebook. I did that and it didn’t reward me 75 points. My points level remained at 0. I will uninstall until updates have been upgraded. BL is one of my favorite hangout spots bc of the DJ and good drinks. Please listen to your paying customers and fix your app. It makes your company look bad when something as simple as fixing bugs and glitches isn’t being resolved and eventually that may roll over from your app to your restaurants. You don’t want that. Just hire good techs to fix your app. Please and thank you!

They don’t have the option to buy the gastro burger

Apparently the app gives you food points. Which is awesome since the food is really good especially the burgers. On Tuesday they have $5 all craft burgers except the impossible, which is an $8 vegetarian burger. But if u sign up through FB 75 free points, email is 50 free points. I get faster points, 50 extra for inviting friends with my invite code. So I always can redeem a lot when I save. Plus they have promotions and event notifications as well. Make sure u download this app. Good savings at Bar Louie, even without points from time to time.

There doesn’t seem to be a way to turn off text notifications. I’ve turned it off on Settings Notifications. There doesn’t seem to be any options within the app itself.

The food is good but the service is not! If your goin to have a special on every Tuesday then staff up. Customers are waiting. Very disappointed,

I love my local BL, but every time I go there with my friends, I spend about $50. When I scan the receipt, I receive lo and behold, 0 points!! I receive all kinds of coupons but they have so many exclusions. You have to use them after 5pm on a Tuesday and only on certain menu items with NO add ons. I still go to BL, but this app has no use to me.

This app is stupid. We came on a Tuesday for burgers we used to get for 5$ and now we have to spend more for only get 50% off. Then the app will not value the dollars you spend because the food was already discounted and can’t give US dollars on alcoholic beverages. Worth nothing to me if I can’t earn points for dollars spent. Not worth my time.

Got the bonus 75 points for signing up through Facebook and nothing else. I’ve since eaten here 3 times and have earned zero points. How can I spend $35 each visit and not earn a single point!?
