Barbearian FAQ
Is Barbearian free?
Barbearian is not free (it costs 8.99), however it doesn't contain in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Barbearian legit?
🤔 The Barbearian app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
I beat this game a while back, but the monotony of quarantine has brought me back yet again. This game beats all other on the App Store in creativeness, graphics, immersion, and gameplay. I really enjoyed how the currency was a bit hard to come by and needed to be spent wisely. Absolutely worth the money and I sincerely hope there will be more levels added on or a sequel in the future?? All in all an AWESOME game
Broken app
This app looks like it has lots of content, but after playing for 15 minutes you are out of missions. I think there is supposed to be more content but nothing is there. Absolutely not worth the money. I cannot believe this app passed the app store review.
SO MUCH FUN
This game is fun in a chaotic way. It’s a game that you can pick up for just a few minutes or you can play hours on end. You can feel how much fun the developers had when they were making the game because of the way they designed each levels with all the hidden gems and interactive objects (cor just chopping down trees for fun). The weapons are super fun in the game and all you have to do is to smash your buttons and destroy the enemies.
This game is not super difficult as long as you watch your health from time to time. There is also healing station on every level. You can make the game more difficult by baiting all enemies to you at once. It’s not a cheap game at 8.99 but personally I find it very enjoyable.
Really bad control design
It could be a really good game. But the control pad has really bad handling, the way to interactive with heath fountain and enter rage mode or whatever is just plain bad. Ruins it. THERE ISNT EVEN A PAUSE BUTTON?
Just kind of frustrating
Not really made for a phone. Text is too small. Controls are ok, but hard to see what's happening. Still have no idea what the goal is. Just keep getting surrounded and killed after a while, sent back and have some "money" taken. Rinse and repeat
Fun, nonstop action
Best game I’ve played on iOS in a long time.
It’s ok?
Like everyone else I absolutely have to agree on the controls issue. They are fairly awkward and unresponsive a lot of the time. I also have to agree that it should be 30% of earnings to keep going or start off. Between the fact that everything is super small, and the rough controls, it is just way too easy to die and lose a big chunk of loot.
Decent start but needs work. Especially because as is the game is way overpriced.
Master Class Button Bug
Hello,
I have found this weird bug. On my second and third play throughs of the game, the giant red button for the master classes never appears.
Is this a problem anyone else is having or is there a work around?
One of the best games I’ve played
I decided to get Barbearian a few days ago. It’s an awesome game to play and it addicts you. I also love the fact that you get to build your own army. Yes, it’s hard. But so far I’ve been able to beat everything, mostly I just have to go back to old levels and get more soldiers or earn enough money to buy more stuff. Every level has new enemies that you have to choose a new strategy for. You also get tons of abilities and weapons. So far I’ve played about five hours in, and I can contradict some people’s reviews. The guy who said the thumb holds are tiny must have massive thumbs because the hand holds are made more for an adult man than a little girl. Someone said that it costs too much when you die, yes it’s annoying but he only takes 1/3 of your money, which is easy to recover from. To recover health it does cost money, but it’s cheap. Overall I rate Barbearian 5 stars. It was worth $9.
I greatly enjoy the game so far but the joystick....
This game is great I was kinda hesitant in the price tag but went ahead and bought it and I’m having a great time my only complaint is the joystick is way too small for me if possible could u make an option to increase the size of the joy stick.... thank you
