This App logs 5/3/1 and Hatch Squat training cycles. This App will allow you to resume a 5/3/1 and Hatch Squat training cycles from the previously saved workout.
Manage your standard or custom weight rack inventory. This App makes it easy to load your barbell using your weight rack, giving you more time to focus on your lifts by automatically calculating the weight plates to rack on the barbell.
Manage your standard or custom barbell rack inventory.
When all 5/3/1 or Hatch Squat cycles are completed, it is saved in your journal. Journals can be downloaded as Excel document to your device for complementing your future training goals.
