BARBI App

Their system is old and needs updating. The address shown is not my postcode or address currently, I can’t save my actual address or even the one provided! Therefore as much as this app is a nice idea, they massively need to invest in their location system and update it - oh and make sure customers can actually save their addresss!

I’m trying to enter my address, but it keeps overriding me and telling me that my address is next door etc. I keep typing in my address and selecting it, but it wont accept that I know my own address, and that GPS isn’t always correct. I know that there’s a workaround here (turn off GPS), but honestly, what a strange glitch to have. Edit - I can’t actually edit it because even using the pin feature the app will not accept that my house exists. Because I am on the corner it keeps saying that my house is on a different street, no matter where I drop the pin.

Really happy to be able to use a local business for my takeaway orders. The food has been great and the riders are really friendly!

Nice idea but there are no venues offering delivery so sadly it’s completely useless. 👎

I really want to use it but it takes ages to load any content….

I’m finding the app really buggy (it’s not recognising that I’m adding an address) so I can’t order anything. Disappointing as I really love the idea ):

Easy to use. Seems to have improvements being made and new venues added every few days. Hats off to the team behind this initiative.

Fantastic and local alternative to some of the other delivery apps. Just had a great experience ordering from Cafe Kino. I will say the order page is a little unintuitive as it took me awhile to figure out that to see the rest of the food options in a restaurant you need to press the menu button at the bottom. You also need to be careful leaving a restaurant page to look at others as it seems to make anything you have in your cart go away if you go back in and add something else.

Can’t get it to register, the confirmation email I need to click on never arrives to my inbox or junk mail so it won’t work. Also unable to see what food is on offer or if they deliver to my area without logging in, so I don’t even know if I can use it! Really want to support the app, please fix this issue!
