Works excellent!
Can’t cancel order after a mistake
I used reorder feature and it used a location that I shopped only once, not my usual place. I could not cancel the order from the app because it doesn’t support that. I called the restaurant where my order was placed but they didn’t have an option to cancel too. I called head office support and asked for a refund via a voicemail but they didn’t respond to me

Good app but..
The app is good, but I can't see the delivery route or the tracking information.
App does not load!
Like others’ complaints, the app will not open! Doing an uninstall and reinstall doesn’t resolve the issue.
The initial splash screen is displayed for a second then the app just hangs.
Please fix it!

Terrible App
This app never works It is always slow It randomly logs me out of the app When I access my past orders, it won’t load anything than it say access denied. It doesn’t have a feature where I can request to make my food now! I gotta wait 20 min which is dumb. In that 20 min gap, I can just wait in line
