Cannot get App to work
Tried installing app many times for my established account but got error code after error code. Email help wasn’t useful so have deleted app and will use alternative credit card apps instead

When clicking a ‘new chat reply’ notification in iPhone, why don’t we get taken straight into the chat? Why is it necessary to navigate the convoluted app to go via support, etc. to find it? Furthermore if you are typing a message in the support chat and you need to switch to another app quickly to check some info not only do you get returned to the homepage when switching back but you lose anything you have previously typed. Very annoying. My app still doesn’t render properly, there is a blank gap in the middle of the homepage where it looks like there should be content. I don’t really care but when I report this for Barclays benefit, they tell me to ‘reinstall app’, ‘reboot phone’, ‘stand on one leg’ etc… not good
Really bad app that asks for every bit of security that a fraudster needs
The app is poor to use once making a credit card payment. Once you proceed to make a payment from another bank, the app requires an approval form your bank. Once you switch apps to action the approval, switching back to this app rests it back to the Home Screen and the payment cannot go through
I cannot view any statements in this app. I’ve raised the issue on multiple occasions and still no response. Awful

it is very annoying that once you get a notification that you have message from the chat and then you click on the notification, it does not take you directly to that chat and you have to do a few clicks to reach back to the chat and if you don't know how to reach back then you are lost. It is a very basic feature that I think an app should have. Also, it does not have an option to email you or open statements in Excel specially with the date range.
It was good in the beginning but is now missing features that other cards all have … such as the ability to freeze certain card actions. Update: since I wrote this. They still haven’t caught up, so rating needs to go down. I’ve been with them for decades but will look to move.
Ordered my Barclaycard on 30th November (a whole month ago) and it still hasn’t arrived. They have sent a replacement too and that hasn’t arrived either. I know they have my correct address because they send me other letters.
Won’t even let me access the app at all, just keeps saying it’s not working
