Just keep your 16-digit card number handy and follow the on-screen instructions. Depending on your circumstances, you may be asked to verify your identity using your card PIN, a PINsentry card reader, or a valid form of ID. Terms and conditions apply. You must be aged 18 or over to use the Barclaycard app. If you’ve got a Barclays current account you’ll also be able to view and manage this account using the Barclaycard app. This app is provided by either Barclays Bank UK PLC or Barclays Bank PLC depending on the entity you may have contracted with for banking services. Email help wasn’t useful so have deleted app and will use alternative credit card apps instead -- waitsbythedoorinstead, 2025-01-03 ### *---- "Needs more QA" When clicking a ‘new chat reply’ notification in iPhone, why don’t we get taken straight into the chat? Why is it necessary to navigate the convoluted app to go via support, etc. to find it? Furthermore if you are typing a message in the support chat and you need to switch to another app quickly to check some info not only do you get returned to the homepage when switching back but you lose anything you have previously typed. Very annoying. My app still doesn’t render properly, there is a blank gap in the middle of the homepage where it looks like there should be content. I don’t really care but when I report this for Barclays benefit, they tell me to ‘reinstall app’, ‘reboot phone’, ‘stand on one leg’ etc… not good -- St99015207, 2025-01-03 ### *---- "Bad app" Really bad app that asks for every bit of security that a fraudster needs -- Jump0206, 2024-12-31 ### *---- "Credit card payment problems" The app is poor to use once making a credit card payment. Once you proceed to make a payment from another bank, the app requires an approval form your bank. It is a very basic feature that I think an app should have.
