they will delete any photo even if you followed all the rules and instructions, they will not be able to explain the reason and will say the reasons are not discussed. the database is small after paying a high price you will have the same faces spinning over and over again. there are better and cheaper sites for Armenians.

I uploaded 4 différents pictures (totally good quality and normal) every time rejected. A waste of time.
Won’t let you upload ANY photos and says they are all poor quality. What a waste of time do not bother in downloading it.

I contacted support expressing my dissatisfaction with the 1 week time limit that is given to use up 50 likes. For some people who don’t sit on this app continuously, like myself, it’s very impractical to have to purchase more likes when I still have a ton left over. The response I received was incredible. It was to the effect of “it is ridiculous that you cannot send 50 likes in a week!” A couple exchanges later I got banned. I had many conversations in my account and all in all I have invested considerable time on the app. All lost because the individual handling support can’t control his/her temper. Have a look at the developer’s response to an individual that made a comment regarding difficulty uploading photos. Rude and unprofessional. Although the statement in the review was sarcastic, it is true. Before you have any picture approved you will probably need to try 3 or 4 until you get the hang of what they’re looking for. Generally speaking, if you’re fine with overpaying and not have the ability to receive support, this is the right app with the right team. ——————- Update: The Developer’s rude initial response was met accordingly. I encourage you to make the chat public.
